Begoña González
Ontological Coach- Specialized in Emotional Intelligence
I was born in Barcelona and have been living in Miami since 2005. I am an eternal seeker with a very multidisciplinary background and I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to explore my talents in different stages of my life.
I studied Business and have a Master in Business Administration from ESADE, Barcelona, same school in which I taught Massive Communication classes during 9 years. My first professional stage developed in the Advertising world, first at DELVICO/BATES Agency and later at TBWA where I took charge as General Director.
After 16 years in the Corporate World, my arrival in Miami implied a critical vital change. Being very dedicated to my 4 children and focused on the family adaptation in this country, I had the opportunity to connect with my dormant passion for art, specifically drawing and painting. I trained at FIU and Miami Dade College. I participated in various Art Fairs and showcased my artwork in numerous galleries and showrooms. Today, art and creativity play a huge role in my day to day life.
Later on, in 2015, my genuine interest for people, led me to being part of the directive team of “1898” a Property Recovery Company whose mission is to recover Cuban confiscated Properties in 1959. These were years of tremendous learnings, of support and connection with the pain of other individuals which woke my eagerness to deepen in the discipline of personal growth and human development.
In 2019 I received my certification to practice as an Ontological Coach at the Newfiled Consulting School and at this moment I am Co-Founder of Fundación Amandi where I assist people in transformation processes to show the best version of themselves.
I am open, creative, empathic, sensitive and perseverant. I strongly believe in commitment, in the power of true connection and endearment. I practice my daily yoga and meditation routine. I feel truly alive when I connect with nature, when I laugh out loud, when I sing or practice yoga.

Influenced by the entrepreneur spirit of her family who founded the business group in which she works today, she saw in companies’ great potential for professional and social development, but above all the opportunity to build a country after generating new jobs. and the growth of these. Facing the generational transition of corporate governance in a family business with more than 30 years of existence is one of its main achievements.
For her, companies are much more than income statements, it is human wealth that gives true value to the organizational world. Motivated by this concern, in 2019 she is certified as a Business Ontological Coach at Rafael Echevarria’s Newfield Consulting School. Edda Caputto
Master Ontological Coach- FICOP
Born in Venezuela, I am the youngest daughter of Delia and Nicolás who have showed me with their actions me the importance of learning, gratitude, humility and forgiveness.
